Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Manheim auctions general operations.
• Excellent skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of lot operations, vehicle entry, maintenance, security, and vendor management.
• Develop and execute business plans, analyze operational expenses, and implement procedures to boost efficiency.
• Recruit, select, and orient leaders, providing educational opportunities and conducting performance evaluations.
• Maintain positive customer relations and ensure out-of-town customers have transportation to and from the auction.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety by following all procedures and supporting safety activities.
• Collaborate with market-level support teams to ensure effective operational processes and high-quality customer service.
