About The Position

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in operations within licensing, publishing, or product development, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
  • Strong leadership and team development experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding and passion for the UGC gaming ecosystem and familiarity with major players and current trends.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects and delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional experience in game production or marketing, credited on multiple launched titles, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of emerging gaming platforms and technologies, including streaming, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support growth and success in games licensing.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across production, marketing, content, business development, legal, finance, and product teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, creating best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational standards.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify risks in licensing operations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and protect organizational interests.
  • Stay informed on gaming industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
