About The Position

Customers shop whenever and wherever they want, choosing from a wide range of Pickup and Delivery options. To make these options happen, we have many teams across the business focused on ensuring customers have access to the right merchandise at the right time, while delivering an experience that makes them want to continue shopping with Walmart. In this role, you will be a key leader on the business team, ideating, innovating, and delivering on post transaction capabilities that drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth and profit for Walmart eCommerce. You will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering the annual financial and customer satisfaction goals for the eCommerce business. You will collaborate and develop deep partnerships with multiple stakeholders across the business such as Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, Store and FC Operations, Finance, and others to identify opportunities, solve problems and developing new propositions that drive value for our customers.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in business or product operations & strategy, process improvement, or related fields.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to bridge data with business insights to drive relevant, actionable output.
  • Team player who is a self-starter and able to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • Customer-centric & curious: passionate about improving the Walmart customer experience.
  • Previous eCommerce or Retail experience; operations or customer experience roles a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.

Responsibilities

  • Defining long-term vision and technology strategy around the capabilities needed to deliver best in class fulfillment experiences.
  • Leading key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.
  • Communicating roadmaps and priorities and collaborating across business areas for roadmap prioritization.
  • Ensuring business & cross-functional partner needs are met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.
  • Seeking patents to protect innovative ideas and products.
