About The Position
This is a 100% remote role based anywhere in the US with a slight preference in EST or CST. Our client, a profitable $25M private equity-backed SaaS Software company, is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A, to be a critical part of the team leading them through the separation of one business into two standalone companies. Reporting to the CFO, this is a heavy individual contributor role with the opportunity to be in the driver's seat of building a new platform and a new standalone company. The attraction for this role is that they are well capitalized, exiting within the next few years, and you will have significant visibility both to the leadership team as well as working with the Private Equity Deal Team towards that end.
