Consistent and accurate glucose monitoring is the foundation of any diabetes management plan, so we’re committed to continuous improvement in the way patients and professionals measure, track and analyze glucose levels. As a Senior Manager, Forecasting and Strategy, you will be responsible for leading and managing the US forecasting team to support the business objectives of senior leadership and other business partners through ensuring accuracy of the forecasting models and developing data analysis to lead to actionable insights. In addition, the Senior Manager will support the North America strategy to solve complex business questions and shape commercial strategy by integrating various data sources and providing fact-based insights about customers, competitors, and the market. She/he will work across functions and advise teams and senior leaders in marketing, sales, market access, global, and finance on a diverse set of topics, such as market landscape, competitive intelligence, strategic forecasting, and product launch planning. As the team leader, she/he will help the team set priorities, build lasting capabilities, define and deliver actionable insights to the business partners. The successful individual will be an experienced leader with a strong track record of communicating strategic insights, developing forecasts, driving analytics, and building alignment across seniorities and functions. Must effectively align resources with business priorities, manage complex and ambiguous projects, influence stakeholders, and develop a team that serves as the trusted advisors and single source of truth for the organization. This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.
