Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area, or 6 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
  • 2 years' supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Transportation and Logistics Industry Experience - Class 8 Vehicles, Maintenance, Design and Operations.
  • Passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and zero loss.
  • Zero and Near Zero Emissions, Sustainable Fleet, Alternative Fuel Vehicle Experience.
  • Possess manufacturing and engineering experience - operational leadership and root cause analysis.
  • Experienced with Overall Equipment Efficiency and Total Productive Maintenance.
  • Versed in Lean Six Sigma - data driven, value stream analysis and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop processes and strategies which reduce complexity and optimize efficiency of operations that support and maintain the largest private fleet in North America.
  • Leverage technology and data to seek out continuous improvement opportunities while planning for the fleet and operations of the future.
  • Direct supply chain process improvement efforts by contributing to the design, development, and delivery of new ways of working between supply chain stakeholders.
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.
