About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead trailer engineering initiatives and light-duty fleet integration programs supporting linehaul and last-mile operations. This role will own engineering pilots, supplier coordination, weight reduction initiatives, Trailer Refrigerator Unit (TRU) strategy, and body/chassis integration programs across multiple OEM partners. What you'll do... Understand the core business of Fleet Services and apply it to the trailer sector. Work with Leadership on moving toward the "zero emissions" goal Support pilot studies with various manufacturers Support the evaluation and acquisition of new trailer assets Large Fleet - Dry and Refrigerated assets Small Fleet - Home Delivery assets Special projects involving trailers

Requirements

Ability to work across a large demographic from Technicians to Engineers and Designers
Provide cross-functional leadership across the stakeholder groups
Strong trailer engineering/design/service background
Current and future Industry direction knowledge
Pragmatic with an attention to detail
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
