About The Position
The Senior Manager, FP&A is a key finance position and an opportunity for a highly technical and analytical finance professional to launch a great career at HireRight. This role reports to Director of Finance and provides business partner decision support to executive management and key functional leaders in the General Operations organizations. This position works closely with senior leaders to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue, orders, transactions, customers ordering patterns, pricing and more. We are looking for an individual who can build collaborative relationships across HireRight while driving greater insights into business performance. Finally, the position requires a can-do attitude and a proactive hands-on approach that is detail oriented with a high degree of intellectual curiosity, a drive continuous improvement and automation.
