Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
About The Position
Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join us in a full-time capacity. Role Overview: This role will oversee the budgeting, forecasting and planning function with a focus on Revenue, Cost of Revenue or Expenses, and interact throughout the business, including all levels of management. This position oversees high level analysis at the corporate level and contributes in the areas of business planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting, M&A, and ad-hoc FP&A projects as required. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business, required
- CPA, CFA or MBA, required
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis/financial management.
- Supervisory experience
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships; ability to communicate effectively and establish partnerships throughout the business.
- Team and customer service oriented.
- Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified.
- Requires excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Advanced financial modeling and data analysis presentation experience.
- Attention to detail and pride in quality of work product
Nice To Haves
- Experience with business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Experience working in ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) a plus
