Our team performs a critical role in partnering with Consumables and Health & Wellness Sourcing teams to drive resilience, value, and trust for the organization. This Senior Manager will actively participate in a broad range of critical financial activities and business partnerships including analytics, strategy and decision support to help the $30B Consumables and Health & Wellness Sourcing business achieve its primary objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to understand business performance, identify and communicate key opportunities and risks, and engage in preparation of executive-level materials and lead special projects.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
  • 1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
  • 1 year's supervisory experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years' experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.
  • Experience working with Finance technologies, including Power BI and other data tools.
  • Experience across FP&A, process design, process mapping and process improvement.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.
