About The Position

As a Senior Manager within the Enterprise Technology (ET) Finance Deal Support Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic insights that enable effective decision‑making. The role ensures adherence to financial due diligence standards while supporting the execution of ET vendor deals. You will lead the preparation of financial deliverables, including price and quantity analysis, financial scenarios aligned to product strategy, and vendor pricing assessments. This includes analyzing vendor quotes and evaluating pricing proposals to ensure alignment with financial expectations and enterprise standards. Success requires strong partnership across Procurement, Product Management, Strategy & Planning, and ET Finance to drive effective deal execution and closure. The Team You will be part of the Enterprise Technology (ET) Finance Team. ET spans multiple domains and business units, including Enterprise Infrastructure, Architecture & Engineering, Fund & Investment Operations Technology, Data Architecture, Cybersecurity, Contact Center Technology, AI Innovation, and Advanced Process Solutions. The team values curiosity, collaboration, and a customer‑obsessed mindset, working together to deliver innovative solutions and measurable business outcomes. Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends onsite and offsite experiences. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (Monday–Friday) in a Fidelity office, unless the role is designated as Remote or Onsite.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of professional Finance experience with a strong track record in financial modeling and analysis
  • Financial services experience; technology experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to blend strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to “tell the story” to senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools and the ability to teach others
  • Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills
  • Outstanding critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and analytical capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consultative relationships across Finance and the business
  • Ability to quickly gain subject‑matter expertise and apply institutional knowledge to build effective analytics
  • Proven flexibility and resourcefulness in managing multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven, ambiguous environment
  • Initiative and creativity in identifying solutions that challenge conventional approaches
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment with strong judgment on navigating cross‑functional processes
