We are hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A & Capital Management to lead our corporate FP&A function supporting executive and corporate teams. They will set direction for functional finance partners, own enterprise cost planning, and lead capital planning and governance across the company. This role has broad visibility, real ownership, and regular interaction with senior leaders! We are looking for a Finance leader with deep FP&A experience and a practical, hands-on approach. They will bring experience leading teams, managing complexity, and working across functions in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate brings strong experience in cost management, forecasting, and financial analysis, along with the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders. They are comfortable balancing strategic work with detailed execution and take ownership for outcomes. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday -Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
  • Strong background in enterprise cost planning and forecasting.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with capital planning and governance preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team who supports corporate and executive functions. We expect this leader to set clear priorities, raise the quality of insights, and ensure consistent financial partnership across functions.
  • Own enterprise cost envelope planning, including the annual budget, forecasts, and ongoing tracking of performance versus targets. This includes working closely with HR on headcount and people cost planning and partnering with functional leaders to manage spend, surface risks, and see opportunities.
  • Own capital planning and governance for the company. This includes leading the Capital Committee process, evaluating capital requests, tracking capital spend, forecasting outcomes, and ensuring capital is deployed in line with company priorities.
  • Act as a Finance thought partner to senior leadership by providing clear analysis, scenarios, and recommendations that support decision-making across the enterprise.
