About The Position

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, you will lead profitability reporting and financial analytics across QVC and HSN, partnering with Finance, IT, and Merchandising Planning to deliver accurate, actionable insights. The position enhances financial tools and data governance, standardizes profitability metrics, and promotes innovation and collaboration to strengthen strategic decision-making and business performance. You will be hybrid-remote at our West Chester, PA office.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, analytics, or profitability management, including demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, IT, and Planning.
  • 10+ years' experience building data and reporting tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Excel, with a portfolio of implemented dashboards or models that improved business decision-making.
  • 10+ years' experience designing and operating profitability metrics (e.g., item-level, margin, or gross profit), translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ownership of data governance or financial systems modernization, including developing standards, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy across reporting environments.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and promoting knowledge transfer to build internal analytical capability and long-term process sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Finance, IT, and Merch Planning, focusing on the integration of financial reporting systems and improving data governance capabilities.
  • Lead the transition and ongoing management of AGM and Gross Profit tools, ensuring seamless integration, continuous improvement, and alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and implement item-level profitability metrics for QVC and HSN, ensuring comparability and actionable insights.
  • Utilize Tableau, SQL, and other analytics tools to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Support team development, develop standards, and lead best practices for systems to evaluate profitability.
  • Foster knowledge transfer from contractors to internal teams, ensuring operational continuity and expertise.
