Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology and Management, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience.
  • Experience with Statistics, Data Visualization, Tableau, and SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global Field Medical teams and Business Insights & Analytics Therapeutic Leads to plan and provide data analytics and reporting support per the brand strategy, therapeutic priorities, and Field Medical objectives.
  • Collaborate with Medical Analytics and the Field Strategy & Analytics teams to plan end to end delivery of projects, including scoping, gathering requirements, prioritizing across the Book of Work, identifying timelines and resource capacity.
  • Manage offshore team members to drive continued execution of the Book of Work and ensure timely delivery of requested data analytics/insights to support business.
  • Track and manage progress towards execution of therapeutic specific analytics book of work across Medical launches, Field Medical initiatives, and Field Medical execution.
  • Set up governance models to inform the relevant stakeholders regarding the progress on the Book of Work.
  • Communicate the results of the requested data analytics/insights with relevant stakeholders through appropriate channels.
  • Develop scorecards and ad-hoc analyses to monitor Field Medical execution for all key Medical events including launches, congresses, business/operational reviews, business initiatives and governance meetings.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses, for more advanced data insights, to address specific business needs.
  • Partner with cross functional Business Insights & Analytics, Information Technology, and Medical matrix colleagues to ensure the necessary infrastructure and capabilities to support data analytics.
  • Contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives that center on the sharing of best practices.
