About The Position

We are looking for an outstanding digital marketer to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding LIV Golf’s global fan base, driving ticket sales, increasing broadcast tune-in, and maximizing fan engagement across digital channels. This role requires a data-driven and results-oriented strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to optimize paid media campaigns for both short-term conversions and long-term brand growth. You will be responsible for managing performance marketing efforts across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic channels, etc.), ensuring effective audience targeting, creative testing, and media mix optimization. Additionally, you will oversee budget allocation, support attribution modelling and measurement initiatives to track and improve campaign efficiency. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders including ticketing, broadcast, insights & analytics, creative, and owned-channel teams, as well as external agency partners.   • Strong experience with budget management, forecasting, and financial planning for digital media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and marketing attribution models.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute best-in-class performance marketing strategies to drive awareness, ticket sales, and broadcast tune-in.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple paid media channels, including video, paid search, social, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost-efficiency, balancing short-term conversion goals with long-term fan growth.
  • Implement attribution models and work with the insights and analytics team to measure ROI, campaign impact, and understand audience behaviors.
  • Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize creative assets, landing pages, and messaging for maximum performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and broader business goals.
  • Partner closely with agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and accountability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new growth opportunities, including emerging platforms and media channels.
