We are looking for an outstanding digital marketer to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding LIV Golf’s global fan base, driving ticket sales, increasing broadcast tune-in, and maximizing fan engagement across digital channels. This role requires a data-driven and results-oriented strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to optimize paid media campaigns for both short-term conversions and long-term brand growth. You will be responsible for managing performance marketing efforts across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic channels, etc.), ensuring effective audience targeting, creative testing, and media mix optimization. Additionally, you will oversee budget allocation, support attribution modelling and measurement initiatives to track and improve campaign efficiency. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders including ticketing, broadcast, insights & analytics, creative, and owned-channel teams, as well as external agency partners.
