About The Position
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Fan Engagement (Urban) on our viral marketing team. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and managing fan accounts and official artist 'HQ' accounts across Capitol Music Group's (Capitol Records, Motown, Priority) urban roster. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, community engagement, and content creation tailored to the unique culture of urban music fans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and growing fan or genre accounts with significant followings and engagement.
