About The Position
The Sr. Manager, Maintenance and Facilities will oversee both equipment maintenance and facilities management to ensure optimal performance of all systems used in manufacturing, research, development, and commercial operations. This role provides guidance and leadership to both maintenance and facilities teams, ensuring that all systems, equipment, and physical infrastructure support production and comply with regulatory standards. The manager will also lead improvement and upgrade projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety across operations.
