The Senior Manager of External Communications oversees FactSet’s media and public relations as well as agency partnership oversight. This role manages FactSet’s reputation in the market, leading communications strategies and campaigns to amplify our go-to-market (GTM) efforts and elevate our executive spokespeople externally. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can craft compelling narratives, secure top-tier media placements, and leverage multiple channels and innovative approaches to position FactSet as a thought leader in the finance and technology industries. Candidates should demonstrate a strong background in public relations and executive communications, with proven experience building strategies for corporate and executive social media presence, as well as experience integrating PR strategies within broader marketing campaigns. This position will play a critical role in ensuring FactSet’s external messaging is cohesive, impactful, and future-focused.
