About The Position
As the Senior Manager, Executive Sourcing, you will lead a high-performing team of Talent Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, driving operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Director of Executive Recruiting, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Recruiting Leadership, People Analytics, Engagement & Belonging, and Recruiting Operations—to shape sourcing strategies, enhance collaboration, and drive strategic outcomes.
