About the Role As a Senior Manager in Global Security, you play a pivotal role in protecting Gap Inc.’s people, assets, and operations across a specialized area of security. Whether leading intelligence operations, executive protection, GSOC, or physical site security, you develop and execute strategies that reduce risk, enhance resilience, and ensure a safe environment. You collaborate with cross-functional partners and external agencies to proactively address threats, manage incidents, and support enterprise continuity. Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized security function (e.g., Intelligence, Executive Protection, GSOC, or Physical Security) aligned with enterprise risk and resilience goals.
• Develop and implement security programs, protocols, and technologies tailored to your area of responsibility.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Legal, IT, Facilities) and external agencies to mitigate threats and respond to incidents.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets related to your area of security operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as crisis management, emergency preparedness, and threat intelligence integration.
