The Executive Communications team supports senior Salesforce leaders with their communications strategy and execution. We develop content and resources that establish and reinforce company and executive values, brand, and priorities. We promote new initiatives, customer successes, and organizational achievements in compelling, creative ways. We support event execution with narrative development, executive coaching, and presentation design. We are looking for a dynamic leader, coach, and manager who will drive communications strategies for company executives and initiatives. In this role, you'll help to lead a nimble team of internal and/or agency resources, engaging with a wide-ranging, matrixed group to achieve our goals. You'll own all executive communications for the Global Customer Success leader (primarily internal, but also external). You'll drive communication planning and execution for them, collaborating across matrixed stakeholders and teams. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships across our company, connect ideas and information from a broad landscape, and get the job done. Key is your ability to lead, work in a rapidly changing environment, apply critical thinking, and take the initiative to drive results.
