Position Summary As a key member of the Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology (“DDAT”) team, you will be an integral member a dynamic organization committed to building delightful customer experiences at scale, accelerating business growth, and driving operational efficiencies by powering CVS Health to be a ‘digital first, technology forward and data driven' company. This role is responsible for managing both internal and external messaging to build brand awareness, drive adoption, and support business objectives across the Aetna Technology organization. Key responsibilities include developing and executing communication strategies that support product vision, roadmap milestones, and organization priorities, managing high impact communications (i.e., speeches, town halls, all hands, product updates), and partnering with key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing) to ensure message alignment and consistency. To be successful in this role, you must be a methodical thinker, an exceptional writer, and trusted advisor with a deep understanding of product driven environments. You must have experience translating complex product strategies, technical concepts, and data into clear compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Additionally, you need to have top-notch project management skills.
