  • Collaborate with Development, Executive Office, and Communications teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize funder engagement.
  • Provide direction and support to colleagues facilitating events and experiences, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Synthesize event metrics and conduct post-event assessments to improve future strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field; relevant work experience may substitute for degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in planning, managing, and executing events, with global experience preferred.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills, capable of leading complex projects from conception to execution.
  • Experience managing high-level stakeholders in high-profile events is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in fundraising events preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Asana, or other project management tools.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
