The Senior Manager Ethics & Compliance is an experienced leader who will support the Company with executing an effective Ethics & Compliance strategy. You will support the organization in maintaining a highly effective ethics and compliance program through program development, management, analysis, communication, assessment, metrics, reporting, and training. You champion the Company's highly ethical and compliant culture, enhancing the employee experience.

  • Develops, manages, and communicates policies and procedures, the Company's Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, and oversees related training and communications.
  • Oversees the AWARE Line Program, supports the investigation intake process, and ensures that reports and other indications of possible misconduct are appropriately investigated and adequately documented.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to provide insight and trends related to ethical conduct and culture, ensuring a broader review of risk in order to take a proactive approach to instilling an ethical culture.
  • Enhances and monitors the Ethics & Compliance communication program to promote an institutional culture of compliance and ethical decision-making.
  • Presents trends, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Manages the Company's Ethics & Compliance Inside Republic page and SharePoint site and augments them with ethics and compliance updates, tools and resources.
  • Partners with Learning & Talent Development Department and others as appropriate to develop and maintain effective ethics and compliance trainings and reporting programs.
  • Partners with the Director, Ethics & Compliance to execute on program initiatives and strategy.
  • Leads members of the Ethics & Compliance team, providing development and support to achieve their best.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience and knowledge in ethics and compliance, human resources, or employee relations.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a people leader.
  • Ethics and Compliance Profession Certification
