We are seeking a Senior Manager, Essential Services, to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will lead the strategies driving the Philanthropy’s investments and partnerships in Fresh Food Access, Disaster Response, and Building Together, an enterprise-wide initiative intended to build engagement and resilience in communities globally. The Senior Manager will ensure that current and future programs, initiatives, and commitments are impactful and well executed. The Senior Manager, Essential Services, will report to the Director of Social Mobility and manage a small team to develop and implement effective strategies that leverage the capabilities of the enterprise to increase fresh food access, expand our communities’ ability to respond to natural disasters and support the philanthropy’s partnerships with cultural institutions and advocacy organizations. Strategically developing and providing general oversight for Essential Services initiatives for the Ford Philanthropy, with a particular focus in 2 areas: Mobile Fresh Food Access and Disaster Preparedness, Response and Recovery
