We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Entertainment Operations to join our team. This is a hybrid position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this exciting new role, you'll be responsible for driving the planning and implementation of entertainment concepts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and enhancing the overall guest experience from concept through execution. Working collaboratively across multiple departments, including operations, marketing, creative, and technical teams, you'll oversee and manage all aspects of entertainment development and execution for transitional sailings, fleet-wide refurbishments, special projects, dry docks, and revitalizations to ensure the delivery of innovative and engaging entertainment experiences.
