  • Develop and implement a strategic expansion plan for the Corporate University.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HRBPs to identify enterprise learning opportunities.
  • Manage the Corporate University's budget and collaborate with external training providers.
  • Enhance and streamline talent development processes and programs.
  • Oversee the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and develop strategies to increase engagement.
  • Lead execution of skills-based methodology and framework for role proficiency assessment.
  • Design a comprehensive global career framework to enhance career development opportunities.
  • Oversee development of Career Mapping playbook for job-specific career pathways.
  • Drive execution of global talent assessment strategy using various assessment tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development with a track record in developing and delivering training.
  • 5+ years of experience managing talent development teams within a global organization.
  • Strong global mindset with the ability to design scalable solutions across various markets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of innovative training techniques and adult learning principles.
  • Strong proficiency in learning management systems (5+ years of Workday LMS experience required).
  • Advanced knowledge of psychometrics and assessment methodologies.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PMP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Certifications in assessment tools preferred.
