Through strong business case development, technology and vendor guidance, and clear communication of value to senior Hyundai, Genesis and HAEA leadership, the role ensures enterprise technology investments are scalable, outcome‑driven, and tied to measurable business results.

Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Eight or more years of experience, spanning business analysis, business architecture, and/or solutions architecture, with demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide solutions in complex environments.
  • Proven skill to evaluate operational and strategic strengths, identify gaps or weaknesses, and provide targeted recommendations to enhance enterprise capabilities, scalability, and competitive advantage.
  • Solution literacy: (business, application, data, and technology layers) and the ability to translate strategy into solution direction.
  • Solution shaping: framing end-to-end options, trade-offs, and target-state roadmaps (including build/buy/partner).
  • Cross-domain design: defining and aligning AI-powered call center/contact center and chat platforms with enterprise ERP/CRM systems, integration middleware, data and analytics platforms, and cloud services.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Exposure to call center environments and automotive business domains—including sales, distribution, and service/warranty a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the alignment of enterprise business strategies with technology solutions by partnering with senior business and IT leaders to define priorities and enable execution.
  • Assess the current state of HMA business capabilities, processes, and systems to identify strategic improvement opportunities and drive transformation initiatives.
  • Evaluate and shape ideas, initiatives, and investment opportunities related to new technologies, products, and business models, providing clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration across business segments to identify, advance, and communicate innovation and emerging business opportunities.
  • Defining and maintaining business architecture models that illustrate how products, operations, systems, and platforms interoperate to support enterprise objectives.
  • Provide direction and guidance on business architecture practices to ensure alignment with business strategy and long‑term enterprise goals.
  • Partner with IT and enterprise architecture teams to shape technology frameworks, roadmaps, and solution designs that meet current and future business needs.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between business and IT stakeholders, maintaining awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and their potential enterprise impact.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate solution effectiveness, technology health, and alignment with business outcomes.
  • This position is expected to provide critical thinking to propose ideas or solutions that are in the best interest for the HMA organization. Hiring, termination, approving timecards and other Manager related duties are required for this position.
