We have an amazing career opportunity for an experienced enterprise solutions sales professional to lead our AMER/APAC Enterprise Strategy & Planning solution sales team. This role involves providing strategic overlay sales at our largest customers, collaborating with Account Managers, Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, SDRs, and Partners to create transformative client outcomes. The ideal candidate will set direction, provide hands-on account strategy, and advise on customer engagement while collaborating with other leaders to improve our GTM motion for this region.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of enterprise sales experience in an enterprise cloud-based software/solutions company.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative and at least 6 years as a sales manager, leading teams with proven experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • In-depth expertise in selling Strategic Portfolio Management, PPM, ERP, or CRM solutions.
  • Experience leading customer (CXO) relationships and closing complex six/seven-figure SaaS transactions.
  • Experience collaborating closely with other teams (direct sales and channel, for example).
  • BS/MS degree in business, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of experienced enterprise solution sellers across APAC & AMER.
  • Exceed Enterprise Strategy & Planning Bookings and OKRs targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Execute strategic business plans that drive Land & Expand motion across AMER/APAC.
  • Own recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of ES&P SSEs.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Work with other key stakeholders, i.e., SDR, AA, SE, Advisory Services, Product, and PMM to drive and optimize the Enterprise Strategy & Planning GTM motion.
