The Senior Manager of Enrollment Services at Oakton College is responsible for overseeing the Enrollment Services department, which includes managing student enrollment processes such as registration, student records, payment, and graduation. This role involves providing strategic direction, leading the Enrollment Services team, and ensuring seamless service delivery to students and the community.   • Supervise and lead the Enrollment Services team to provide integrated services to students.
  • Manage daily operations of the Enrollment Centers, including staffing and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate ongoing training for staff and lead the hiring process during vacancies.
  • Contribute to student appeal committees regarding registration refund requests and residency proof.
  • Develop and monitor budgets associated with areas of responsibility.
  • Create policies and data-driven practices for registration management.
  • Oversee technological systems that support student experiences related to registration.
  • Coordinate Enrollment Management communication plans including campaigns via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Prepare and analyze data for institutional and accreditation reports.
  • Participate in the Enrollment Management Leadership team to create service level agreements.
  • Master's degree in college student personnel, higher education administration, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in enrollment or admissions within higher education.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Experience with student information systems and CRM systems, preferably Banner and TargetX/Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel between campus locations and work a flexible schedule.
  • Experience working with a culturally diverse student population.
  • Aptitude for learning and training others on technology systems.
