About The Position
Provides expert employee relations advice and governance to BMO Capital Markets in the U.S. and Canada to ensure that employee relations policies, practices and strategies support the business/group strategies and meet regulatory/legal requirements. Manages a team of Employee Relations Business Partners in both the US and Canada and supports various employee relations programs & initiatives, including work related to acquisitions, divestitures, employment transitions, separation agreements, and outsourcing as applicable for BMO Capital Markets.
