About The Position
The Senior Manager of Employee Events and Communication at Marriott International leads the company's vision and objectives through the management, development, and marketing of strategic internal communications and events. This role is pivotal in establishing the company culture by creating effective communication tools and organizing events. The Senior Manager is the subject matter expert on hotel-wide communications and is responsible for the creative development and execution of internal communications and event concepts, while also directing the Employee Communications team.
