This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Headquarters in Boston, MA. This role is not a virtual / remote position - 4 days in office/ 1 day WFH. The Customer Communications team sits within Marketing and is responsible for all email, app push, and SMS communications between Wayfair and our customers. Within this team, the Email Senior Manager role will oversee the email channel (the company's 2nd largest channel) and report to the head of Customer Communications. The role will be responsible for leading creating and driving an aggressive testing roadmap, owning channel performance, managing a team of 6, and partnering with tech stakeholders.
