The Senior Manager, Ecommerce Experience owns the performance and health of Golden Pet’s direct-to-consumer brand sites by defining how customers discover, understand, and subscribe to our products across all pet brands. This role serves as the primary business owner of the site experience, accountable for conversion, engagement, subscription opt-in, site reliability, and alignment to business priorities. The Senior Manager, Ecommerce Experience translates CX strategy, customer insights, and business objectives into a clear, prioritized ecommerce roadmap, partnering closely with Brand, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure the brand site operates as a scalable, customer-centric growth channel.
