About The Position
LVMH Beauty invites you today to join its North America teams as a Senior Manager, eCommerce Distribution Operations for internal LVMH DCC and external 3PL operations. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours. The role involves overseeing the Distribution Center of Cranbury (DCC) E-commerce operations and managing 3PL Facility Oversight. The successful candidate will liaise with Brand and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and stay current on brand implementations, ongoing projects, and evolving processes. Collaboration with Marketing and internal product teams is essential to support marketing campaigns, seasonal sets, and product launches. The role also includes ensuring consistent operating processes and SLAs across the sites, building a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and managing daily oversight of 3PL operations.
