About The Position
Candidate will be an integral component of a team responsible for supporting Specialty Pharmacy Partners to help patients start and where appropriate, stay on prescribed therapies. Individual will have a deep understanding of the challenges associated with attaining medications prescribed by Healthcare Providers and will collaborate to develop and deploy initiatives to improve conversion and patient compliance to Sanofi related medication therapies. This person will collaborate with the Specialty Pharmacy Account Team to identify and establish action plans for additional opportunities to improve the patient experience. The Specialty Pharmacy (SP) Operations Liaison will have an extensive working knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy Operations and the core elements associated with the standard offering of pharmacy practice requirements. This individual will be responsible for developing key metrics that will directly reflect specialty pharmacy performance with respect to conversion, persistency, adherence, time to therapy, and other critical elements that contribute to the overall patient experience for patients. This individual will be responsible for collaborating and developing Enhanced Pharmacy Patient Support Processes that will support patients over and above the core pharmacy offering. This individual will have a continuous quality improvement mindset and be responsible for working closely with the specialty pharmacy operation's team to understand the challenges and develop compliant solutions for patients. In depth training will be provided to teach the skills that will make a candidate successful in this role.
