As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of FP&A, Revenue & GTM to lead financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering across our revenue-generating and go-to-market (GTM) functions. This leader will play a critical role in driving growth strategy, optimizing resource allocation, and providing actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience in high velocity GTM motions, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to influence senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of FP&A experience in a high growth environment, investment banking, or private equity. At least 2+ of Management experience
  • Strong background in revenue forecasting and GTM performance analysis
  • Proven experience partnering with GTM leaders; ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, and AI-driven technology)
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to distill complex analyses into executive-ready insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  • FP&A Planning tool implementation experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary finance partner for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders - serving as a trusted thought partner, making high quality suggestions/improvements, and executing with excellence
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear insights into performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executives and board-level reporting
  • Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), long-range financial plan (LRP), and rolling forecast processes for Revenue and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). Build & maintain relationship with demand planning team. Develop dynamic models to evaluate new initiatives, scenario tests, and guide resource allocation
  • Track, and analyze key GTM performance indicators (KPIs) including activations, revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), sales productivity, pipeline metrics, and churn. Provide regular reporting and variance analysis to GTM leadership and the executive team
  • Oversee the maintenance of sales capacity model to inform hiring plans ensuring alignment with revenue targets
  • Manage GTM headcount planning and operating expense budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and strategic priorities
  • Drive continuous improvement in GTM FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to support scale
