About The Position

As a Senior Manager/ Director, Investor Relations, you’ll be part of our Investor Relations team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: Support Vice President of IR and collaborate with IR team to develop and execute investor relations strategy and programs. Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to the highest standard. Effectively communicate the company’s key narratives, including the main drivers of current performance and long-term growth. Develop concise, purposeful content for quarterly earnings materials, press releases, annual report, proxy statement, impact report, and investor presentations. Drive analysis of financial results, analyst models, peer performance, market intelligence, and shareholder trading activity; deliver actionable insights to enhance IR strategy and keep senior management informed. Collaborate with IR team to plan and execute investor marketing activities – including sell-side conferences, non-deal roadshows, site visits and events – to foster management’s engagement with current and potential investors. Assist in managing strong relationships with sell-side analysts, investors, and other stakeholders. Own department budget planning, financial analysis, and reporting. Manage content on IR website and relationships with external support providers. Prepare management supporting materials for investor conferences, roadshows, and Board of Directors meetings. Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Communications, External Reporting, and other internal stakeholders to develop consistent messaging and to maintain thorough understanding of business opportunities and risks. Monitor macroeconomic indicators, competitive dynamics, and industry trends using financial data platforms (i.e. FactSet, AlphaSense). Lead and mentor junior finance members across the company; foster professional development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Journalism, or related field; MBA, CFA, or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated accountability and reliability in managing projects and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex financial data for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to effectively leverage AI to streamline analysis.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; proven ability to craft compelling narratives for critical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex financial communications.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence at all levels.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and comfort working with executive management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) and AI.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, CFA, or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with process improvements and optimization is a plus.
