We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Manager of Digital Marketing & Paid Media to lead our performance-driven media efforts and oversee key marketing partnerships. This role will manage the full spectrum of digital marketing programs—from paid media to lifecycle marketing—while serving as a key liaison with external agencies and retail partners. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy, managing execution, and leading a high-performing analytics team to drive measurable business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, agency management, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar media budgets across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.) and marketing automation/CRM tools.
  • Experience with retail or channel marketing strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to influence across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of all paid digital campaigns (search, display, social, video, programmatic) and TV advertising.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media and creative agency partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and ROI goals.
  • Own budget management, media mix allocation, and performance reporting across channels.
  • Oversee co-marketing initiatives with retail partners, ensuring consistent brand presence and effective demand generation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and channel teams to align marketing programs with partner goals and shopper journeys.
  • Drive customer engagement and retention through email, SMS, and targeted paid media campaigns.
  • Develop segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies to improve performance and enhance customer experience across the lifecycle.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of lifecycle marketing with broader digital efforts.
  • Manage the digital marketing analytics function, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and actionable insights across all digital channels.
  • Guide the development of dashboards and KPIs that measure marketing effectiveness, attribution, and ROI.
  • Translate data into recommendations that inform media strategy, creative optimization, and audience targeting.
