Position Summary As the Senior Manager - Digital Value Tracking Analytics & Reporting, you will be part of the Aetna Health Digital team, creating an outstanding omni-channel contact experience for our members. The Aetna Health Value Tracking, Reporting, and Analytics (VTAR) team supports the Aetna Health Digital organization, including our website, mobile app, virtual agents and contact center, by enabling a value-driven roadmap, through feature impact measurement and analytics. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable data to both internal and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for validating monthly operational pipeline results, ensuring consistency across Aetna Digital reporting materials, and handling ad hoc reporting requests. This role will require strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics project management or related roles, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • 3+ years of experience with analytics tools, data platforms, and technology implementation processes (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Quantum Metrics).
  • 3+ years of experience interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience working with data science and advanced analytics teams.
  • Experience working in finance, accounting or auditing roles.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or digital product environments.
  • SAFe delivery experience (or equivalent agile framework)

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of analytics projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Opportunity Identification: Partner with business leaders to identify high-value analytics opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Measurement Strategy: Define KPIs and success metrics for analytics initiatives to ensure measurable impact.
  • Technology Implementation: Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to integrate analytics tools and platforms effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data science, product, operations, and reporting teams to deliver insights and solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and resources across portfolios.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure project continuity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
