Position Summary As the Senior Manager - Digital Value Tracking Analytics & Reporting, you will be part of the Aetna Health Digital team, creating an outstanding omni-channel contact experience for our members. The Aetna Health Value Tracking, Reporting, and Analytics (VTAR) team supports the Aetna Health Digital organization, including our website, mobile app, virtual agents and contact center, by enabling a value-driven roadmap, through feature impact measurement and analytics. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable data to both internal and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for validating monthly operational pipeline results, ensuring consistency across Aetna Digital reporting materials, and handling ad hoc reporting requests. This role will require strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
