7-Eleven is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Digital Insights and Analytics to lead a team in delivering high-impact insights and recommendations to drive the growth and adoption of the 7-Eleven Gold Pass Subscription program. This role requires a balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail, with a focus on developing strong relationships across the company to support strategic plans and execution.

  • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations with the ability to think big picture and also dive deep on key details.
  • Develop high impact presentations for key audiences and senior executives that clearly and concisely communicate key ideas, insights and actions.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional business partners across the company to inform and develop strategic plans and actively support the execution of those plans.
  • Collaborate across multiple stakeholders, drive teams for outcomes and results, manage ambiguity and influence others to enable buy-in and action.
  • Partner with commercial functions including Product, Marketing, IT and Merchandising to develop growth strategies, key value levers and opportunities to maximize results.
  • Develop and maintain P&L, Program KPI, digital performance and utilization metrics for the Subscriptions program.
  • Track and monitor key initiatives and results of implemented strategies and communicate outcomes to executive leadership and the board.
  • Forecast and present annual budget to senior leadership and identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period.
  • Manage Analytics & Insights for the Subscription program to analyze the performance of digital channels and help make data driven decisions.
  • 5+ years of full-time work experience, including 3+ years of work experience in strategy, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm or strategy group.
  • Bachelor's degree and MBA required.
  • Analytical, data driven, motivated and decisive thought leader with appropriate perspective on the big picture and attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think broadly, refine questions and develop frameworks that drive to key insights and business recommendations.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, be proactive, drive to outcomes and deliver results.
  • Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop written materials and present to executive audiences.
  • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving environment and the ability to manage and prioritize across multiple teams, initiatives and projects.
