The Senior Manager, Design Workflow will be a critical role to the workflow and operations of the JLL Creative team. This individual will be extremely skilled at vendor management, timeline management and project management. They will be responsible for the operational management and creative coordination of corporate events while providing design support for event-related deliverables. As a member of the creative team, you'll serve as the central liaison for internal stakeholders and the events team throughout the complete event planning lifecycle. They will also be responsible for staying on the cutting edge of our creative tech stack, managing our vendor relationships, and bringing innovations to the team in programs such as Workfront, Canva, and Genial.ly. You’ll serve as the point of contact for our creative products and manage our partnerships and subscriptions. The Senior Manager, Design Workflow may partner virtually with teams located around the country; comfort with virtual working arrangements is required. There will also be travel, depending on event locations. Our ideal candidate combines strong project management (a Workfront guru) and vendor management capabilities with design skills to execute. Real estate experience is not essential; however, experience working within a corporate environment will be very beneficial. This role reports into the Creative Director with a minimum of 3 days in office.

Requirements

  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with enterprise workflow management and reporting tools, preferably Adobe Workfront
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Excellent vendor management and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with file management systems and documentation best practices
  • Proven ability to effectively manage varied workloads and competing priorities
  • Technologically savvy
  • Understanding of and commitment to internal client service
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong quality control standards

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact and project manager for the creative team, coordinating timelines, creative requirements and deliverables across multiple business lines for Tier 1 events
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for creative memberships, subscriptions and technologies, coordinating vendor relationships, touchpoints and contracts
  • Manages vendor relationships and communications, including branding coordination, timeline management and quality assurance for creative deliverables
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive project files and documentation systems to ensure seamless event coordination and knowledge management
  • Creates event-related design deliverables including print and digital signage, branded collateral and promotional assets while maintaining brand consistency
  • Manages multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring quality delivery within budget and timeline
  • Provides regular project updates and communication to appropriate team members and leadership throughout the entire event planning process
  • Works within Adobe Workfront with ease, has ability to create dashboards and pull reports quickly and efficiently, knowledgable enough to assign work as a back-up traffic manager should the need arise
