We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Design Direction to define and scale how our brand is expressed across the full customer experience — spanning both marketing and product touchpoints. This role establishes the vision, structure, and operating model for brand design, leading a multidisciplinary team across art direction, UX, motion, video, illustration, and brand copy. You’ll guide the evolution and governance of brand guidelines, systems, and component libraries in close partnership with Art Directors who develop and maintain these assets. Acting as a strategic partner to Creative Direction, Web, and Product Design leadership, you’ll ensure brand principles are consistently translated and integrated across the end-to-end customer journey. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for both elevating creative quality and building scalable systems that support company growth. Location: This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered.
