About The Position

As the Senior Manager, Demand Generation for North America, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline in Uniphore’s largest and most strategic market. This role requires a B2B marketer who understands how to drive revenue through scalable digital campaigns, hyper-targeted account-based marketing (ABM), and region-specific programs. You will partner closely with North American sales leaders, product marketing, field marketing, and SDRs to execute high-impact campaigns tailored to the region’s growth goals. This is a hybrid role based in our Mountain View office.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a demand generation role focused on selling to enterprises in the North American market.
  • Proven success building and executing high-performing integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales and SDR teams in a fast-paced, enterprise-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in campaign tools including Marketo, Salesforce, and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, optimize, and communicate campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated full funnel marketing campaigns aligned to regional objectives, buyer personas, and sales targets.
  • Manage campaign & creative briefs, timelines, and campaign assets across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deploy tactics including digital, content syndication, webinars, email nurture, tailored to key personas and industries.
  • Work closely with regional field marketing, ABM, SDRs, and sales to align campaign planning with territory priorities and account strategies.
  • Define & Track campaign KPIs and performance benchmarks; analyze funnel impact, conversion rates, marketing attribution and ROI.
  • Build and manage a robust marketing-sourced pipeline for North America.
  • Partner with the SDR teams to align on campaign goals, lead handoff processes, and optimize follow-up.
