Requirements

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Manager, Deliver BU Integration IBP-related occupation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the evolution of IBP maturity for Deliver associated activities from both process and capability perspectives, and enhance business unit integration on distribution centers' capacity planning and cost analysis opportunities/impacts.
  • Lead the NPI distribution readiness process for global led initiatives, driving process standardization across operations and functions within Deliver, and effective integration with business unit LEX process.
  • Lead the execution of the IBP Process within MedTech Global Distribution Hubs, driving standardization and improvements as the process evolves from S&OP to IBP.
  • Track process maturity within MedTech SC Deliver in coordination with the MedTech SC Center IBP team.
  • Support the monthly distribution IBP review preparations by coordinating input across business units, to present an integrated view of the business plan for each one of the global hubs and business units combinations.
  • Integrate process outputs into business units’ E2E IBP process.
  • Drive tight integration to E2E IBP for each business unit and alignment on inputs, outputs, constraints and capacity/cost/service tradeoffs.
  • Execute identified improvement opportunities to capture E2E value and optimize operations and asset utilization.
  • Increase IBP maturity level for all global hubs and drive process standardization across sites.
  • Serve as a benchmark for process reapplication to regional distribution centers globally.
  • Implement process quality metrics to assess accuracy and variability for each business unit / hub combination.
  • Lead execution of action plans to promote improvement in identifying opportunities.
  • Lead process standardization and business unit integration for NPI Deliver readiness processes, assuring successful launch for global led initiatives out of global hubs, as well as visibility on portfolio evolution and associated capacity planning.
  • Design and implement visibility and automation tools to track process adherence and performance, as well as deviations versus plan with correspondent trade-offs (cost/capacity/service).
  • May telecommute per company's policy.

  • Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
