The purpose of this role is to lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute the strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage the day-to-day communication with clients. This position involves managing client communications and final deliverables, working closely with client service, channel delivery, and data implementation teams. The role also includes spearheading innovation by overseeing scalable data science solutions including predictive modeling and AI/ML solutions, mentoring team members on technical skills and general consultative skills in the service of client engagements, and leading the gathering of user stories, brainstorming sessions, development, and eventual deployment of generalized and custom analytical solutions outside of client specific work. Additionally, the role requires providing clients with recommendations driven by analysis and thought leadership, actively leading specific team-wide learning and development initiatives, and interfacing directly with clients and internal leadership to deliver results of specific analyses and guide interpretation of analytics outputs and how to implement results.

  • Manage client communications and final deliverables

  • Establish, document, and provide mentorship on best practices in data science, statistics, and computational programming
  • Interface directly with clients and internal leadership to deliver results of a specific analysis and guide interpretation of analytics outputs and how to implement results
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher in a relevant quantitative field
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics
  • Experience with the marketing industry
  • Functional working proficiency with Git (GitHub & BitBucket)
  • Proficiency with relational databases and the cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure/Databricks)
  • Exposure to and understanding of several key statistical and AI frameworks: Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, ARIMA, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Factor Analysis, K-Means, Gradient Boosting, LLMs, Computer Vision, Neural Networks, etc.
  • Possess the ability to mentor a team, take ownership, and operate independently to solve client requests using a combination of business domain knowledge, critical thinking, socio-emotional intelligence, and initiative
