We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.

Requirements

6-8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
Proven leadership experience managing projects or teams in a technical environment.
Expertise in advanced ML techniques, GenAI (prompt engineering, RAG, context engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation), and cloud platforms (Azure and GCP).
Strong product acumen combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own and lead end-to-end strategy, design, and optimization of Associate GenAI platform algorithms.
Serve as the primary thought leader for algorithmic decisions affecting associate productivity.
Drive alignment with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business leadership.
Integrate cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, GenAI, and advanced ML techniques to improve assistant effectiveness and efficacy.
Lead large-scale data analysis to identify opportunities for operational and product improvement.
Present complex technical insights to senior leadership in a clear, business-relevant way.
Ensure delivery of scalable, robust, and measurable solutions that impact key business outcomes.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and team members.
