Position Purpose: The role requires critical thought leadership focused on developing analytical processes, tools, and strategy for driving improved performance throughout the supply chain. This role is responsible for managing an organization that spans a wide-range of functional and technical skillsets. This role helps to drive analytical initiatives to tangible results meeting and exceeding Home Services operational and financial targets. The role requires considerable analytical and technical skills, ability to effectively describe those processes to leadership, and successfully drive implementation. The role requires strong partnership & communication skills with operational teams.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
• 5 years of work experience
• 2 years of leadership experience

• Working knowledge of Tableau
• Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Proficient with data mining software (e.g., IBM Cognos Business Intelligence, Hadoop)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and apply advanced mathematical/statistical techniques
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• M.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, supply chain or related quantitative field
• Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, or comparable database systems
• Expert knowledge in large scale information retrieval and statistical analysis
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a master's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
• 7 years of work experience
• 3 years of leadership experience

• Capital Planning - Establishes short and long range capital plans and executes projects in a timely and fiscally responsible manner with utmost customer satisfaction.
• Implementation - Develops, plans and implements department's goals and objectives.
• Problem Solving - Provides sophisticated and scalable solutions when confronting challenging analytical and technical challenges.
• Team Leadership - Manages, develops, and maintains a team dedicated to analytics projects throughout numerous elements of the supply chain.
