About The Position

Reporting to the Vice-President Finance, Head of Global Business Services (GBS),
the Senior Manager of Data Enablement and Analytics leads our data management,
governance, and analytics initiatives. This visionary leader will lead a team
that transforms raw data into actionable insights, establish robust data
governance frameworks, and foster a data-driven culture across GBS to achieve
the organization’s objectives. The scope includes Customer Master Data
Management Lifecycle, Business Insights, Service Contracts, and GBS Reporting.
The head of this function will be responsible for overseeing these capabilities,
ensuring operational rigor, attaining key metrics, and driving process
transformation aligned with business outcomes. This role is a people-leader with
a global team spanning multiple countries, including a BPO partner.
