About The Position

As a Senior Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team, this person will be focused on bringing deep analytical expertise to support internal initiatives & projects. These initiatives will drive improvement and efficiencies for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across a diverse array of solutions and approaches. You will partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues. This is an opportunity to provide your insights and enable Workplace Investments to make the data-driven decisions required to meet their strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge in a variety of analytics techniques including profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis, network and journey mapping, and campaign measurement.
  • Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge of SQL to create, manipulate and transform large datasets.
  • Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Working experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools.
  • Experience in interacting with cross-functional partners within the organization and crafting presentations that convey the data narrative.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial industry experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical and Machine Learning methods and approaches.
  • Proficiency in Python or R.

  • Serve as Senior Manager for analytics & insights work on various improvement initiatives across Workplace (WI) business units.
  • Drive leading class analytics, experimentation, and insight generation.
  • Harness underlying platforms that collect and deliver millions of interactions and transactions across digital channels.
  • Develop and deliver analytical data and insights to solve business problems.
  • Enable partner stakeholders to make objective, informed decisions.
  • Provide opportunities for innovation through analytics capabilities and implementation of new technologies.
